Easy Measurements
For inside mounting, black-out cell blinds need a minimum 2" window frame depth, and the width should be 1/2" less than the window width. The length should be 2 inches longer than the window length. For outside mounting, the cellular shades need to be 4 inches wider and longer for optimal coverage.
