Smart Motor
We offer 2-channel, 6-channel, or 20-channel remote controllers to control 2, 6, or 20 blinds/shades independently. If you have Broadlink RM Pro+ smart bridge, you can control our shades and set timers through Alexa and Google Home. All remote controls are pre-programmed before shipping.
Custom Production
Electric blackout curtains are customizable. You will see the "Customize Now" option in the upper right corner. Follow the guide to place your order. Choose the correct size, and we will produce according to your selection. For other special sizes, please contact us through Amazon customer service.
Customer Service
Curtains are easy to install, with all installation kits and instructions included in the package. Remote control programming is done before shipment. ZSTARR provides a 2-year warranty for motors and controllers. For any motor or control device damage within the first 2 years, we offer free repair or replacement. Warranty extension services are also available.
Important Note
The width of roller shades includes side brackets or valance edge (taking up to 0.5'' on each side), making the actual fabric width 1.1'' narrower. This may allow light through if the shade is installed inside the window frame. To prevent light leakage, we offer light blockers available in the ZSTARR store.
